The Royal Rider (First National, 1929). One Sheet (27.5 X 41) Style B. , Dick Scott (Ken Maynard) takes his Wild West show to the Balkan kingdom of Alvania where the boy king of the country commands the troupe to give a performance. The king is greatly impressed with the American cowboys and makes them his palace guard. This is the first paper Heritage has presented from this film, an incredibly colorful stone litho illustration featuring Maynard demonstrating his heroics in front of his highly alarmed love interest (Ruth Elliott). Touchup has been applied to the folds with small chips, and all of the borders (chip in the right side). Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
