The Sea Spoilers (Universal, 1936). One Sheet (27 X 41). John Wayne is cast as the skipper of a Coast Guard cutter who is after a gang of seal poachers. During Waynes year-long contract with Universal he did a variety of films, mostly non-westerns. There is fold line wear with small tears, corner pinholes, and a few creases. There is one quarter sized hole in the background graphics and a few border tears that extend into the graphics. The poster has been restored, minimizing these defects. This is a wonderful image of the Duke long before he became a household name. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
