The Spider Woman Strikes Back (Universal, 1946). One Sheet (27 X 41). , Gale Sondergaard recreates her role as the murderous Spider Woman, a role she had played in the 1943 Sherlock Holmes movie of the same name. This time she is a villainous rancher, who lures in young women, so she can feed their blood to her carnivorous plants. The film also co-stars another Universal horror-film icon, the tragically deformed Rondo Hatton. Both Sondergaard and Hatton feature prominently on this nicely preserved one sheet with excellent color, with minor touch up applied to pinholes in the corners and borders, and light fold wear. Very Fine on Linen.
