Caption:
The Trail of the Lonesome Pine (Paramount, 1936). One Sheet (27 X 41). The first feature-length outdoor film to be shot in three-strip Technicolor was seen as the beginning of the age of color. Directed by Henry Hathaway, the story tells the tale of two feuding families in the hills of Kentucky, and the changes brought by the railroad to their lives. This one sheet has pinholes in the border, and fold wear with small tears, separations and creases on the fold lines. There is a tear on her Sidneys lips, and a tear in the credits with other minor imperfections. The poster has been mounted on linen and professionally restored, giving it a nice appearance. Very Good/Fine on Linen.
