Any Old Port (MGM, 1932). One Sheet (27 X 41). , To this day they are known as one of the greatest comedy teams in cinema history. Of the many, many posters Heritage has offered over the years, this is only the third time we have offered an original U.S. release one sheet to one of Laurel and Hardys comedy shorts, as they are that scarce to come by! This beautiful poster is from the teams first release of 1932, from a wonderful entry made between the duos greatest shorts, Helpmates (1931) and The Music Box (1932). The poster was missing a two inch square piece in the towel on Hardys right arm and into his shoulder. There were small chips from Hardys right shoulder and into his chin. There was a small chip behind Laurels neck and a small chip into his neck and shoulder. There were a few tiny chips in the title area and clean up to the upper worn border. The poster still shows some soiling around the title and within the image. It now displays very well after professional restoration and is the only copy known that we are aware of! Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
