Booby Dupes (Columbia, 1945). One Sheet (26.75 X 41). , Three Stooges fans will be thrilled with this lot, the elusive one sheet from Booby Dupes! Its hijinx on the high seas for the boys in this comedy short, their second two-reeler of 1945. Larry, Moe and Curly buy a boat and embark on a career as fishermen. But the boat sinks and they are stranded on a dingy. To attract the attention of possible rescuers, they raise a white flag splattered in red paint that looks a lot like the Japanese flag ... not a good idea while stranded at sea during WWII. Its all slapstick fun on this rare poster that has had touchup to the folds, pinholes in the borders, small paper loss in the left border and in the center horizontal fold. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
