Bulldog Pluck (FBO, 1927). One Sheet (27 X 41) Style A. , The prolific Jesse James Goldburg produced this unconventional Western based on an original story, Harwick of Hambone, by W. Bert Foster. Minor league cowboy star Bob Custer is a decent, law-abiding saloon owner who gets himself in trouble with the corrupt city patriarchs when he attempts to close down the towns taverns at midnight and on Sundays. Custer and his co-star Viora Daniel, recoil in shock as an unidentified baddy points a gun on this never offered stone litho gem. No major flaws are detected, and the poster shows only pinholes in the corners, edge and fold wear with small tears, creasing along the folds and near the bottom, and a top right corner bend. Fine/Very Fine.
