Cain and Mabel (Warner Brothers-First National, 1936). One Sheet (27 X 41). Marion Davies and Clark Gable were reteamed in this major production from Warner Brothers. Davies and Gable were two of the greatest stars of the 1930s and this stunning one sheet depicts them at the height of their glamour and popularity. It is incredibly rare, having been offered at an auction only once before- and that was many years ago. The one sheet has a very slight trim in the upper left border which has been beautifully restored. Other than that minor problem this poster is in amazingly beautiful condition. The colors and Art Deco design on this beauty are just outstanding. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
