Happy Harmonies Stock Poster (MGM, 1937). One Sheet (27 X 41) Bosko and the Pirates. Very cute art for this early Technicolor Hugh Harmon/Rudolf Ising, Bosko cartoon. Bosko had been around since 1929, first appearing in the Warner Brothers Looney Tunes shorts. When Harmon and Ising moved to MGM, they took Bosko with them, having wisely retained the rights to the character. This rare poster has some pin holes along the edges, fold wear with cross fold separations and small tears in the fold lines. The poster has been mounted on linen and some light touch up has been done so that it displays very nicely. Fine- on Linen.
