Huns and Hyphens (Vitagraph, 1918). One Sheet (27 X 41). , Larry Semon writes, directs, and stars in this slapstick comedy about a headwaiter at a beer garden who poses as a man of wealth in order to impress a woman (Madge Kirby). All is not as it seems, however, as the beer garden is a German front, and Kirby is an inventor for the U.S. government. Those with quick eyes will no doubt catch the brief appearance of Stan Laurel as a gang member. A wonderful stone litho one sheet, it had some tears throughout, paper loss in the lower border, and paper loss in the upper and left borders into the background. Professional restoration has addressed these issues, leaving the poster in display worthy condition. Very Good- on Linen.
