In Broncho Land (Rayart Pictures, 1926). One Sheet (27.25 X 40.75). , Dick Hatton (1888-1931) stars in this early silent Western. Hattons pictures were mostly produced by obscure studios, and very few have survived. Yakima Canutt often stunt doubled for Hatton -- who, according to Canutt, could not stand horses, guns, or the outdoors. A Heritage first, this one sheet if filled with rich stone litho colors and trademark Western artwork. The piece displays well after touchup to the left background, one small tear in the right border, and pinholes in the borders. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
