Moonlight and Honeysuckle (Realart, 1921). One Sheet (27 X 41). Mary Miles Minter stars in this comedy about a romantic competition between two dudes from the East on an Arizona ranch. One of the dudes is played by William Boyd, best known as Hopalong Cassidy. Six months after this film, Minter would find her career shattered when her love, director William Desmond Taylor, was murdered. Speculation as to Marys involvement caused her sweet and innocent public image to be destroyed. Taylors murder was never solved, and Minter never made another film after 1924. This one sheet has a corner and edge chips, and a few very small holes in the border and background. The poster has been mounted on linen and professionally restored giving it a very clean appearance. Minter looks stunningly beautiful in this lovely portrait done in stone litho printing.
