This film, in the same vein as The Cat and the Canary and other old dark house thrillers, is set in an old creepy mansion where two murders are committed in the process of someone stealing a rare Gutenberg Bible. This incredible litho from Universal, one of the rarest and hardest to acquire from this era, certainly evokes the look that was so prevalent in all of its horror movies and the only reason this poster was put on linen was to flatten the fold lines. Very Fine/Near Mint on Linen.
