Sugar Plum Papa (Educational, 1930). One Sheet (27 X 41). , This crisply drawn and beautifully colored stone lithograph features some of Mack Sennetts most reliable comedians. What a great impish image of the tiny (4, 9) Daphne Pollard who took her name from the famed Melbourne Pollard Lilliputian Opera Company she danced with for eight years. But she will probably be best remembered as Oliver Hardys forever scowling wife in Thicker Than Water (1935) and Our Relations (1936). The poster also features that collector prized tag line, All-Talking. Some minor quality restoration has eliminated pinholes, small tears in the left border, and light foldwear. Very Fine on Linen.
