A widow with a daughter (Natalie Wood in one of her earliest roles) comes to live in a haunted seaside cottage and strikes up a friendship with the late owner and sea captain played by Rex Harrison. The film is based on the novel by Josephine Leslie, aka R. A. Dick, and its popularity spawned a 1960s TV series. This striking poster had fold wear, crossfold separations, and chips in the right border. Some of these issues have been addressed with restoration, but there is a small area of chipping in the lower left corner that occurred after restoration. A real beauty. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
