Caption:
The Sheriffs Daughter (Capital Film Co., 1920). One Sheet (27.75 X 42). Western. , A quite rare silent western poster, for a film not even listed in IMDB. Between 1920 and 1921, Fritzi Ridgeway and Robert Burns made approximately 15 two-reelers for Capital Film Co. She was adept at doing her own stunts and was often billed with the fun tagline, The Girl With a Thousand Personalities. Starring Fritzi Ridgeway, Robert Burns. Directed by Harry Moody. An unrestored poster with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. It may have edge wear with small tears with archival tape on the verso, small paper loss in the bottom border not affecting the art, minor stains, pinholes, minor surface crinkles, and some fold separation. The color on this early stone litho is bright and fresh. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Folded, Fine+.
