Won 3 Oscars and numerous other awards and nominations, Mary Badham (played 'Scout') had had no acting experience before this film. She would be nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress, losing out to Patty Duke in 'The Miracle Worker'.

Caption:
To Kill a Mockingbird (Universal, 1963). One Sheet (27 X 41). , Robert Mulligan and Alan J. Pakula brilliantly bring Harper Lees Pulitzer Prize-winning autobiographical novel to the screen. Gregory Peck is at his best as Atticus Finch, an attorney who chooses to defend a black man (Brock Peters) against prejudice in the Deep South. The films one sheet -- filled with a torn childs drawing, marbles, jacks, and broken crayons--is a nod to the viewpoint from which Finchs young daughter, Scout, observes the confusing behavior of both the adults and children around her. Light handling includes pinholes in the corners/corner background, a horizontal crease at the top, and a small tear winner with paper tape on the verso. Folded, Fine/Very Fine. , , Estimate: $500 - $1,000.
