Caption:
Broadcasting (Educational Film Exchanges, Inc, 1930). One Sheet (27.25 X 40.75). , Tiffany Pictures was a small company that began releasing a variety of features in 1921, handling such Western stars as Bob Steele and Ken Maynard. In 1930, the studio presented a series of shorts called Tiffany Talking Chimps, which included this film, along with other such titles as Aping Hollywood, The Blimp Mystery, and Little Big House. Struggling with viable distribution options, the studio filed for bankruptcy in 1932. Producer/director Sigmund Neufeld and prodigious director-brother Sam Neufeld (Newfield) were associated with at least three of the shorts in the series, including Broadcasting. A dapper Tiffany chimp is all business as he plies his radio skills on this rare, color-rich stone litho poster. A Heritage first! Touchup has been applied to the folds, in the top right green background, a top horizontal misfold, stains at the center horizontal fold, and in the bottom border. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.
